situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.

The learned counsel for the respondent State, Ms. Shilpa Singh, GA-12, assisted by Ms. Abhanjali, Advocate, as also the learned counsel for the private respondent, Shri Gyanand Roy, have got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
