Petitioner has approached this Court for manifold relief in the light of Annexure-3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments submits that he has to approach the authority for redressal of his grievance as the same is pending before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna. He further submits
Patna High Court CWJC No.10708 of 2018(4) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 that he may be permitted to file fresh representation enclosing all the relevant document for consideration of his claim. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation enclosing all the relevant documents with regard to his claim. The Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna shall consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate order at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
