This writ petition is filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made on the land of the petitioner appertaining to Thana No. 17, Tauzi No. 6446, Khata No. 1009, Plot No. 3659 for construction of Pakka Road and to compensate him for the damages as per the prevalent rate under the Land Acquisition Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14631 of 2021(4) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure-4 series) on 07.07.2021 before the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2) but no action has been taken till date.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector-cum- District Magistrate, Begusarai (Respondent No.

2) to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner on 07.07.2021 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
