JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Keeping in mind that the petitioner has been in custody since 24.06.2014 and the trial has not begun, since necessary witnesses are not being produced by the prosecution as per the report of the ACJM, bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be enlarged on bail of furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Tr. 6678 of 2015, arising out of Siwan Town P. S. Case No 223 of 2014.

One of the sureties will be executed by one Kannu Yadav, who is said to be the uncle of the petitioner and the other by one Indal Yadav, who is a co-villager. The identity of both these persons will be duly verified by the court below.
