The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 599 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 6480 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 60 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Thela of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2020 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
