Petitioner seeks bail in Manigachhi P.S. Case No.182 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. Husband of the deceased, Amarjeet Paswan, has already been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 17.12.2018 passed in S. T. No.479 of 2017. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38454 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ V, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.182 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
