The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324 and 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant was caught hold by co-accused Jitendra and Deepak when this petitioner caused injury with knife on the thigh of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has received injury due to fall on the gate. The injury has been found to be simple. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7369 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 540 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
