The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders directing the respondents to initiate a proceeding against the respondents no.5 & 6 under the provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 for encroaching

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, District-Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
