2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town (Ratanpur) P.S. Case No.112 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27(1) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 19.02.2024, informant received information that a party was conducted in the house of one Munna Kumar in which the accused persons were made firing in the air. On the basis of the same, informant, after seeing CCTV footage, raid the house of Munna Kumar and arrested one person namely Anshu Kumar @ Litti with one loaded country made pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

Further submission is that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The alleged illegal arms were recovered from the possession of co-accused Anshu Kumar @ Litti. For the same incident, one another case being Singhaul P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024 has been lodged in which petitioner is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025 and the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. There is no chance of absconding the petitioner or tempering with the evidence. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Town (Ratanpur) P.S. Case No.112 of 2024.
