The petitioner is accused in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 198 of 1994 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of informant, Ranjeet Singh, is that marriage of his daughter was performed with this petitioner before six years and out of wedlock, one baby child, aged about two years, born. When his daughter used to make protest about pressing her by her mother-in-law, Batasa Devi to do bad work then his daughter has been killed by her husband and in laws and her dead body was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact,

No.52387 of 2015 (4) dt.09-02-2016 deceased, wife of the petitioner, died due to diarrhoea and her last funeral was perform by the petitioner in presence of the informant and others but due to ulterior motive petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no allegation of demand of dowry and torture of the deceased by the petitioner and his family members and petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with S. Tr. No. 841 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
