JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

On theft being committed in the house of the informant, the FIR was lodged against unknown on 20.04.2015, subsequently, informatory petition was filed by the informant on 01.05.2015 therein the accusation was levelled against the petitioner and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been roped in the present case subsequently, only because the petitioner happens to be the agnate of the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Barh, Patna. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
