The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise Act. In view of the fact that the present allegations with regard to the petitioner are prior to the promulgation of new excise policy and also because the present petitioner is merely the land owner having given the land for manufacturing of liquor, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on
