Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 07.10.2020, seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 49 of 2021 arising out of Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner as well as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner stated in paragraph no.3 of the present bail application, the petitioner, after undergoing further six months custody is
