The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kuchaykot P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Amended Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 36 liters of country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners are in custody in this case since 17.04.2019. Considering the facts that petitioners have no criminal

Case No. 125 of 2019 ( G.R. No. 485 of 2019).
