2. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 461, 379, 420, 427, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on receiving information from the office of Mumbai Vigilance that money was being extracted illegally by breaking and committing forgery from ATM machine, a raid was conducted and co-accused persons were arrested on the spot and from the possession of co-accused Chunnu Kumar Rs 20,000/- was recovered and some weapon of steel used in extracting money from ATM was also recovered.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36326 of 2026(2) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 of the petitioner transpired during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Dharmendra Kumar. No stolen currency notes has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record and circumstances of the case , this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Barauni P.S.
