The petitioner, Aman Rai, is in custody since 14.04.2015 in Mirganj P.S. Case No.108 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, the allegation against this petitioner is that the petitioner committed theft of golden ring. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.108 of 2015.
