Petitioner is accused in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 registered under Sections 366 and 376 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that the informant is a major girl and both petitioner and informant have established illegal relationship with consent. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.12.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
