The petitioners, who are in custody since 22.05.2020, seek bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019, dated 22.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the accusation, several persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35924 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2021 2/2 including the petitioners are said to have taken part in the assault but the fatal attack is attributed to one Dilip Das. The petitioners are stated to be persons of clean antecedents.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners and their period of custody, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019.
