The petitioner seeks bail in Simri P.S. Case No. 120 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 475.200 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from bush and this petitioner was apprehended from the place of recovery.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
