Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.5.2021 passed in Supply Case No. 52 of 2017 by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra whereby and where under the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected and the order cancelling the PDS licence of the petitioner bearing License No. 120/07 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Saran Division, Chapra, has been upheld, but realizing the fact that there is a remedy of filing

Patna High Court CWJC No.12053 of 2019(8) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 representation/revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation/revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate representation/revision petition is filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order dated 18.5.2021, before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be taken into consideration all the pleas raised by the petitioner and take a decision on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
