The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the birthday of grandson of Hareram Paswan was being celebrated. In the meantime, petitioner no. 1, Rajendra Paswan
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38316 of 2022(3) dt.31-01-2023 2/2 along with other accused persons arrived and after abusing them assaulted and specific allegation has been made to each and every accused persons (the petitioners herein) of having assaulted the informant's side.
On the last occasion, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had called for case diary which has since been received and the injury report of all the injured person shows that they have received multiple injuries.
Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court does not deem it fit and proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to them and the petition accordingly, stands dismissed. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/NehaU T
