The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No.66 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance upon Annexure-2, the prescription of the deceased of Udayan Hospital, which is a reputed Hospital of Patna in which it has come that the deceased was suffering from seizure disorder for the last three years and she was under treatment. It is further

No.46813 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 submitted that the deceased died because of her illness and first information report has been registered by the family member of the deceased after her death. Petitioners are father-in-law and cousin father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No.66 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
