JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard Sri Pranaya Shankar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 31.07.2015 in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case no.326 of 2015 ( G.R. No.3866 of 2015) registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and subsequently a stolen mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, which has been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52548 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 namely, Raghuvir Mahto be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Indrani Kishku, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case no.326 of 2015.
