ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.106 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, notices were issued to the Bihar State Food Corporation, but they have failed to file counter affidavit till date. However, considering the present facts and circumstances and that the petitioners are willing to deposit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8037 of 2016 (9) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 remaining 128 quintals of paddy, which shall be subject to the result of the case, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
