JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of Sanskrit Shiksha Board. The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is non-payment of salary, if the petitioner is duly appointed and discharging his duty there is no reason to deny payment of salary. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Board to take final decision and ensure payment of salary within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
