Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but omnibus allegation has been leveled against the petitioner and other accused. Moreover, the alleged occurrence took place in the evening of 12.03.2015 but the first information report was lodged on 15.03.2015 i.e after death of the deceased. Furthermore, the fardbeyan of the informant reflects that he does not appear to be an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Moreover, co-accused Rodhan Sahani and Wazeer Nadaf have already been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33717 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S.Case No. 25 of 2013.
