This application has been filed for extension of the time granted in the order dated 14.12.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.52447 of 2015 whereby this court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on their arrest or surrender within four weeks. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that whereas the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 surrendered within the time frame so allowed by this Court but due to late communication one of them i.e. the petitioner no.2 namely Dhrub Sah @ Dhrub Narayan Sah could not surrender and thus seeks extraordinary indulgence.

Having heard Mr. Jitendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4830 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 State and for the reasons assigned, the period of surrender granted in the order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.52447 of 2015 is extended to further three weeks from today with a clear stipulation that no further indulgence would be granted.

The order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 52447 of 2015 stands modified to that extent. This application is allowed.
