The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bisf (Aunsi) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 dated 26.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

A motorcycle belonging to a Police Officer was stolen.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name transpired only in the confession of a co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
