The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 418-C of 2015 for offences under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the contents of Annexure-2, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48047 of 2021(3) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 418-C of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
Before accepting bail bond of the petitioner, the court below shall verify the fact as to whether any Panchayati between the parties was held and as to whether both the parties are staying together and if it is found true, bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted and if it is found false, the petitioner shall be taken into custody forthwith.
