The petitioners seek bail in connection with Deodha P. S. Case No. 21 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners along with two others killed the informant's father with dabiya and tengari and in the post-mortem examination, the doctor found four ante-mortem injuries on the body of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant them bail.
