JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in Gorul P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015 registered under section 457,380 and 411 IPC and seek grant of bail. During the night a theft was committed in the house of the informant. A chase was offered by the inmates and the neighbours and one person was arrested along with stolen articles. He is said to have named the petitioner as his accomplice. It has been submitted that except the confessional statement there is nothing on record to incriminate the petitioner in crime. He is in custody since 15.09.2015 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51857 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in Goroul P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial.
