This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of TikariP.S. Case No. 484 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 272,273,290 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
Considering the admitted fact that the petitioner is facing prosecution in other cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to entertain this application for grant of anticipatory bail. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be
