JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State as well as the informant The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the entire prosecution case submits that the prosecution version does not tally with the post-mortem report. He further submits that due to suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.06.2020.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2020.
