JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol containing altogether seven live cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2015.

It has specifically, been pleaded at Para -3 of the petition that prior to institution of the present case, the petitioner has not been made accused in any case but when the petitioner was made accused in the present case, he was remanded in one another case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53372 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 159 of 2015.
