The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on protest being made for damaging the crops of the informant all the accused persons assaulted with fists, slaps, lathi and danda on the head of the informant. It is specifically alleged against these petitioners that they snatched gold nosepin and cash of rupees ten thousand from the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6833 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. The accusation is omnibus and general. Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 412 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
