While Mr. Ashish Kumar Lal, learned Assisting Counsel to Government Advocate No.5 files compliance report to the show cause, Mr. Brisketu Sharan Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners informs that all the petitioners except petitioner no.2 have received their payment and the matter thus limits to the grievance of petitioner no.2, Saroj Kumar, who is yet to get anything paid despite the judgment passed on 21.08.2017.

Mr. Lal, learned AC to GA-5 informs that in so far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned, the bill has already been prepared and sent to treasury for onward payment. He refers to the letter dated 06.02.2019 of the Chief Engineer, Rural Works Department, Bihar, Patna addressed to the Secretary, Rural Works Department, Bihar, Patna in which letter, the name of the petitioner no.2 appears at serial no.4.

In such view of the matter nothing survives in the contempt application, which is disposed of accordingly. Let the show cause be retained on record.
