The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., the appellant is alleged to have assaulted brother and father of informant by hammer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Present case is counter blast of Barh P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020, lodged by the petitioner's side. Injuries allegedly caused by the petitioner are simple in nature. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36894 of 2022(5) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barh, District - Patna in connection with Barh P.S.
