The petitioner is accused in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered under sections 304B and 201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Saran at Chapra.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disposed of the dead body. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 02.06.2015, having no criminal antecedent. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51029 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submits that admittedly, the deceased, wife of the petitioner, died within two years of her marriage due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected.
