This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 188 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner looted cash from the counter of the shop along with co-accused and he was apprehended on the spot.

Petitioner has similar antecedents.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith. The concerned District Court is directed to make trial of all the cases at the earliest in one Court.
