Patna High Court CWJC No.9269 of 2018(3) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra, as the matter of validity of the B.Ed. Degree obtained from the State of Jammu and Kashmir was taken up to the Apex Court and the Apex Court has decided that the B.Ed. Degree obtained from the State of Jammu and Kashmir is legal and valid.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the B.Ed. Degree obtained from the State of Jammu and Kashmir is legal and valid and pass appropriate corrective order in connection with the continuity of the petitioners and payment of salary. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
