(ii) And also for directing and commanding the respondent to give the direction to respondent no. 5, C.O., Kudhani to remove the encroachment over government land bearing Khesra no. 1397 at village Teliya Charkoriya, PS Kudhani, DistrictMuzaffarpur as the respondent authorities in connivance with private respondents 8 to 10 intentionally not removing the encroachment over land in question."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
