The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 176/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is owner of the truck. He stays in Delhi. His truck has been found involved in a commission of crime. There is no direct material against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st Patnacity, Patna, in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 176/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
