As no new ground is pressed, petition for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is disposed of with direction to surrender and seek regular bail within four weeks.

If it is so, the Court below shall dispose of petitioner's bail petition on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order also taking into consideration the fact that other accused persons in the case have already been acquitted in trial, if possible, preferably on the same day.
