2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vijayepur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the IPC.
3. As per the allegation in the FIR, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2023.
5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail.

6. On perusal of the FIR, bail petition and impugned order dated 30.11.2023, it appears that the date of occurrence is 04.12.2019 but the complaint was filed on 21.01.2020 i.e delay of more than 45 days.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Vijayepur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2022.
