The petitioner is accused in connection with Amnour (Bheldi) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2004 (U.T. No. 73 of 2015) registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, witnesses, Ambika Rai and Ram Mohan Pandey, have stated in their statement as detailed in paragraphs 42 and 43 of the case dairy, that this petitioner was only seen with the deceased, except that there is nothing against the petitioner. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51098 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Amnour (Bheldi) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2004, subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner.
