The petitioner has acquired the intermediate qualification on 12.08.2018 and in the advertisement the cut off date has been mentioned as 01.06.2017. Admittedly, the petitioner has acquired the qualification of intermediate after the cut off date and on that ground alone the application of the petitioner has not been entertained.
In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any illegality has been committed by the respondent authorities
Patna High Court CWJC No.9202 of 2018(4) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 in rejecting the application of the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
