JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "That by way of this writ application the petitioner crave indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for an order(s)/direction(s) to the respondents for stopping of construction work being carried out of Anganwari Centre by Directorate of Integrated Child Development Services (I.C.D.S.), Bihar on Khata No. 118, Khesra No. 282, Ward No.- 8, villageKachua, Gram Panchayat Raj Sonvarsha under P.S. Karakat, District-Rohtas at Sasaram situated in front of /adjacent to the land of ancestors of the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.93 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 where the land in question having boundary wall erected around bearing Khata No. 116, Khesra No. 531 & 532, Ward No. 8 in village-Kechua, P.S. Karakat Gogari, District-Rohtas at Sasaram."

The respondents have filed a counter affidavit and have submitted that the building of Aanganbari Centre is being constructed over government land, hence the petitioner has no locus to challenge the same.

Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
