The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.75 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 379, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and nature of the injury sustained by the injured, this application for anticipatory

Case No.75 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
