The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with POCSO Complaint Case No.02 of 2020 arising out of Madhepura SC/ST P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 & POCSO Case No. 27 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 376, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (1) (s) of the SC/ST Act and Section 8 of the POCSO

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46661 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Act.

The petitioner has been exonerated by the police during investigation. Thereafter on protest petition, this cognizance has been taken.

Considering the same, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Madhepura in connection with POCSO Complaint Case No. 02 of 2020 arising out of Madhepura SC/ST P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 & POCSO Case No. 27 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
