This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Beldaur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021, arising out of S.T. No. 241 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 120B, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act. The petitioner is said to have shot on the deceased, as a result he died which is supported in the postmortem report. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
